A devastating fire swept through a four-storey building in South Delhi's Sangam Vihar on Saturday evening, claiming the lives of four people and leaving two others seriously injured.

According to eyewitnesses, the fire broke out at around 9pm local time in the residential building, with flames engulfing the upper floors in a matter of minutes. Firefighters from the Delhi Fire Service rushed to the scene and battled the blaze for over an hour before bringing it under control.
